This policy relates to the operation of Flinders Physio (Lola Broomhall sole practitioner) and to any workshops facilitated by Lola Broomhall that are booked through this website or in person directly with Lola Broomhall.

We collect your name, date of birth and contact details in order to manage your bookings and in order to deliver physiotherapy services to you.

We may also collect and securely electronically store your health information as you disclose to use for the purposes of assessment and treatment during physiotherapy services. It is stored in a secure and encrypted software system called Nookal which is specifically designed for secure clinical use.

Collecting this information ensures your treating physiotherapist is able to provide personalised and appropriate services to you.

We will never disclose your personal information to a third party, except when required to by law, and always in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act.

You can access your information if you have an online profile with Nookal (created when making online bookings) or you can request to view or amend your information at any time by emailing lolabroomhall@outlook.com
