BREATHE & RELEASE
WORKSHOP
On hold - returning 2027.
This is for everyone who breathes!
Join me for this deeply healing and nourishing workshop, during which I blend my favourite breathwork, yoga-informed movement, myofascial release, massage and meditation techniques to leave you feeling with a complete sense of bliss and relaxation!
Over two hours you will experience grounding exercises, yoga-inspired movements and tissue release therapy, followed with breathwork exercises. You will enjoy a series of restorative yoga poses whilst you are offered gentle mini-massages, and then serenaded with sound bowls and singing. Two hours of bliss!
FREEDIVING & BREATH OPTIMISATION WORKSHOP

A specialised 2.5 hour workshop for freedivers, mermaids and swimmers of all levels who want to refine their breathing and relaxation techniques to enhance ease and comfort underwater. A blend of specific anatomy, physiology and functional education, along with practical exercises and breathwork to help you find inner connection and alignment. This workshop will help you develop skills that will enhance your breathing techniques and breath-hold by learning how to “biohack” your own physiology whilst fostering deep relaxation and self awareness.

BREATH HOLD FOR SURFING - CONFIDENCE IN HOLD-DOWNS

A surf-specific workshop for surfers looking to understand their breath and connect more deeply with inner trust and confidence in the water. This session is all about understanding the physiology of breathing and how we can tap into our natural abilities to hold our breath, swim and cope effectively in the surf. It is appropriate for surfers of all levels of experience, ideal for anyone who wants to be more at ease and confident in the surf and during hold downs/dumping.
